Facebook’s new timeline profile

Facebook announced some rather major changes at the f8 developer conference last Friday (NZ time).
The most significant of these been the introduction of a new profile called timeline. The idea behind timeline is that users will manage their entire online life history on a single FB page. Everything you’ve ever done and decided to share all in one place.

Facebook has launched a new tool that allows users to fine tune what information you see from friends. You can now easily pick friends activities that you want to hear about, like status updates, pictures and game and application updates.
