We’re looking for a Client Service Manager / Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. We’re a fast growing Digital Advertising Agency based in both Wellington & Auckland. 


We’re looking for a Client Service Manager with 1-5 years of experience to join our Wellington team. We’re looking for someone with some experience in an agency/account management type role; with digital advertising experience preferred. 


You’ll work alongside the Uprise team on some fantastic & exciting clients, to help them reach their business goals through strategic digital performance activities & advertising. 


In this role, your accountabilities will include:  


  • Managing the day-to-day across a mix of existing and new clients.
  • Project managing our internal teams to ensure a seamless & on-time delivery of work.
  • Supporting the team on client strategy & planning, and ensuring we deliver to it.
  • Fostering excellent relationships with your clients and internally at Uprise.


What’s needed to succeed?


  • An ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Agency account or project management experience.
  • Understanding of digital channels and the advertising industry in general. 
  • A willingness to challenge, negotiate, and wrangle your colleagues and clients, always striving to do the best thing possible.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • An eagerness to learn! The digital space is constantly changing, so we’re looking for someone eager to keep up with it!
